3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are in Philippine Peso and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payment by local e-wallet or bank transfer.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when making a purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will endeavor to ship orders promptly, as applicable, after payment is received.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.
We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns of unopened and/or unused items within seven (7) days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any shipping costs, and subject to inspection of returned items.

Refund Policy

We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have seven days]to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (to be advised).

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
